reason to party ?

"People" want reasons to celebrate
and Shaytan wants a reason to cause
"your" downfall.. By making you forget Allah and
disobey Him.. Isnt it true? Think about it..Valentines
Day,Proms,Clubs,Music,New Year and
all other days not permissible... May Allah protect us.Aameen

A Reflection before breaking fast !

Alhamdulillah, today I learnt 3 things and I would like to share with you all:

1.Help yourself by helping others-

The Prophet Muhammad (salallahu alaihi wa sallam) said,
“Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship from the hardships of this world, then Allah will relieve him of a hardship from the hardships of the Day of Resurrection… Allah is helping the servant as long as the servant is helping his brother,”

[Hadith Tirmidhi /Muslim].

Helping others doesn’t have to consist of anything grand.

Even a smile is sadaqah.

Removing a harmful thing from the road is sadaqah.

Speaking gentle words to someone in distress,or feeding a meal to someone who is hungry,

or making a donation to help an orphan… or donating blood, or working a few hours a month for a
charity, or visiting someone who is sick… all those things are valuable.

They are not nothing. They are important and worthwhile acts.

I really understood that today. In the process of explaining and consoling someone,I received happiness I cannot
describe.

2.Bond of sisterhood:

I understood how Islam can unite people-2 strangers so to say,in the bond of sisterhood or brotherhood.

How you wish to help each other and want the best for the other,Allahu Akbar!

Only Islam,i repeat, only Islam can do that..when u love and care for someone for Allah's Sake.

Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said :

"None of you will believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself."

Related by Bukhari & Muslim

3.A dawah experience-

How arrogant a human being can be to just listen to the message !

You may have a strong worldly bond with that person but in the end Alhamdulillah, faith is victorious!

How insignificant we are and how we are in need of Allaah and Allaah does not need us.

That we are just one person who is a in a city, which is in a country, which is on a planet, what is in
the milky way, which is amongst an abundance of galaxies and Allaah is the creator of ALL of that- which just
shows in reality we are just a speck within a speck within a speck within a speck !

We're all weak, SubhanAllaah and Allah is Powerful.

May Allaah protect us from kibr and give us the tawfique to be grateful to Allaah and worship him Alone.Aameen

racism in ur daily speech !

A Request:

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It does not matter whether your skin is black, brown or white.

It does not matter whether you are from America,India or Nigeria.

It does not matter whether you are a Hanfi,Shafi or Hanbali.

Even your social status does not matter..

What matters is your Eeman. What matters is your Taqwa.

What matters is your relationship with Allah.

Yes,that is what matters!

No point arguing whether you are a Hanfi,Shafi,Hanbali and where your hands should be in Salah..

the question is where is your heart during Salah?

No point discussing someones skin colour or the place they belong to and looking down upon him or her..

I mean..come on..we are Muslims..

It is our responsibility to unite this Ummah..to bring peace to the world
and here we are actively breaking the Ummah

in our jokes..our Tv Programmes..our social gatherings-

"Oh,he's a Gujrati/Bengali/Punjabi../Indian/Pakistani..!"

So silly and ridiculous !

Who has given you the right to break the Ummah?

Tell me..Allah and His Messenger did not.

Allah says in the Quran:

"And hold fast, all of you together to the Rope of Allah, and be not divided among yourselves.."

(3:103).

Iyad bin Himar (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him) said, "Allah has revealed to me that you should humble yourselves to one another. One should neither hold himself above another nor transgress against another.''

 [Muslim Book 40, Chapter 17, Hadith 6856]

Please dear Brothers and Sisters, lets not divide..

lets not break the Ummah through our thoughts, words or action..

There are enough people doing it..

Let us obey our Creator and His Messenger and unite this Ummah..

make an effort..then,only then, can we be victorious,In sha Allah..

short reminders and reflections :

You ask and He will Give..but the
question is :are you asking the One
who can Give ?
#tawheed

Past should be a treasure of experience and not sadness and sorrow. The reasons why things happened is because it helps us to grow as human beings.Don't keep thinking about the injustices done to you, remember you don't be unjust to others or yourself.Don't think of the hurt you received, remember not to hurt others intentionally.Life is short, remember you are created for a purpose.Don't waste your time brooding.Learn to move on.Do things for others, that cannot be repaid,it will increase your self-esteem and will make you feel very good.

Work hard & strive 2 live up 2 the ideals & morals..Don't be like the majority of young people today, wasting there time&energy.Touch every1s life +vely..Help every1 realize their true potential..Make this world a better place..'I am 1 but still i am 1..i can not do everythng but i can do sumthng..i willnot refuse 2 do the sumthing i can do'..Inshallah..have faith in Allah.Dear young people, wouldn't u like to be among those under the shade of Allah on the Day of Judgement, when there will be no other shade but His ? Seek Allah's Forgiveness & change ur ways..Be a productive youth..Youth with a Mission.

Life is temporary but jannah is forever..so work hard in this life to get Jannah in the Hereafter..Seek Allah's forgiveness, give up ur bad habits, don't commit sins knowingly,Read Quran..struggle against ur Nafs..Allah is Merciful & Forgiver of Sins.

Do not rely on people for ur happiness,u have many reasons to be happy&the most important-Allah's favours on u.
Quran surely is the best book&source of Guidance. No doubt before I started reading it seriously,I was so unsatisfied&restless. After reading the translation in english&reflecting..I see things differently..I understood that happiness & sadness are both trials for the believer.Be patient in times of trouble & grateful for the happy times.Nothing will last forever except the lessons u learn.May Allah grant us good understanding of His Religion..and make us patient, true believers.Aameen

People think of being models when they can easily be 'Role Models' simply by being themselves...

People 'want' the best but they do not want to 'be' the best.

Sometimes in life we take certain decisions or act,not knowing the reason very well..u just know that its the right thing to do..

May Allah guide us&make us true believers of Islam.May Allah make us obedient 2 our parents, elders&all those who call us 2wards truth&guidance.May we spread deen wd our knwledge.May Allah bless us wd ppl,who wl take us closer to Allah&complete our eeman n take us 2 jannah.Aameen.Allah aapko har nek kaam me kamyabi de or usko aapke liye aasaan kare, gunaho se bachae, aapke eeman ko mazbut kare..aapse bahut logon ko faydo ho.aameen.

Sinning is like taking drugs, the more a person consumes it,the more he becomes addicted to it..We have stopped worrying about the fact that we are sinning..the excuse is every1s doing it&if i dont do it,i wont be accepted..Why do you want to be accepted by people&not the Lord of the people?Repent before its too late.Take account of urself before u are taken to account.May Allah forgive us our sins.Aameen.

You don't need to be rich to be generous. You can be generous in your own ways.Utilise your talents, resources, skills for all the good you can do.If you have a beautiful smile, then use it to cheer up others. If you have strength, use it to help others.Don't let heavy work be a burden to others,if you can avoid it.If you have a beautiful mind, use your thoughts to bring about good, spread good thoughts and encourage others. If you have a beautiful heart, use it to feel for others,so that you can be a better person by being able to put yourself in others shoes and helping them.Be a volunteer in all good things, where others are benefitted.Don't be afraid to use your talents for other peoples prosperity and progress. You became who you are because of somebody else's generosity.Let the ripple effect continue....

Someone told me once...

Someone told me once,

"When you're doing something good,do not think about what people say..positive or negative.
Rather think about the greatness of the work you are doing...dont let the criticism affect you."

Be prepared.

Be prepared for the Thorns that will lead to the Roses.

Be prepared for the Dirt that will lead to the Diamonds.

Be prepared for the Rain that will lead to the Rainbow.

Be prepared for the Storms that will lead you to your Destination.

If you want to make a difference,
If you want to change lives,

If you want to help humanity,

You will face hardships,
You will face criticism.

People will try to make life Hell for you.

The struggle starts with: Yourself first-

your mind will tell you,

why be different?
Why be unique?
Doing what others are doing is "convenient",so let it be,no extra effort !

Your heart will tell you,why take extra pain and suffering ? Your loved ones will suffer....

#Make dua for guidance.
Allah will Help you overcome the problems.

Next your loved ones-

they will complain about your "strange" behaviour,
the time you give to the social causes.

They will tell you focus on your studies.

#Make dua for them.

Involve them where possible.

Next your friends-

Yaar,you're always busy!

You dont spend that much time with us now.

Next your relatives-

Look at her..

she or he is suppossed to have fun and enjoy..parties..movies..fashion.

Budhape mei to karna hi hai,beta.. Abhi mazey karo!

#Make dua.

Next your society-

Oh! She's too young..what can she do ?

There are so many problems,

Its so unsafe,

What can one person do?

And then the strangers-

She's preaching,she's doing good.

But how good is she?

Too many problems,right?

You might think of giving up,

You might think why put in so much effort in doing good, overcoming difficulties, facing criticism..

Think about the Destination-Jannah,

Let your motivation and inspiration be Allah's Pleasure and Jannah.
In sha Allah.

May Allah Help us.
Aameen.

Memorable Train Journey -Hijab !

It all started with a train journey..

I starting thinking about Allah..

Lying on the uppermost bunk,I thought:

"What if I start wearing an abaya?"

(No one had forced me,I wasnt going to any Islamic class,no one in my paternal side wore an abaya,I did not
have a Muslim friends group so it wasnt any external cause)

I prayed,I said:

"If I start wearing abaya, there will be a lot of criticism..friends..society..peer pressure.." So many desires to give up..
Huh ! 14 year old after all..

Then I do not know how or why..it just seemed that I was sharing something..my thoughts.. with my
Creator and making dua. A "deal" perhaps..something a 14 year old would do..

"If I do this, then would you pls do that for me?"
If I start wearing an Abaya.
(when I said that I did not mean wearing it at some places and removing at others according to my whims and fancies nor did I think it was a trial..Allah's Mercy)

I knew I would feel hot,
I knew there would be criticism,
I knew both sides..

If I start wearing, please give me success in everything..in studies, relationships and..(dont remember what else
I asked for).

And after I returned to Kolkata,Alhamdulillah,Allah gave me the courage to wear it the 1st day after
school reopened after summer vacation..

Ever since Alhamdulillah,I have not regretted taking that decision..
The deal was fulfilled..

Allah gives you what you want when you do what Allah has commanded you to do.

Today,I feel so proud to be a Hijabi...even though I might be the only one in a group or team-sports,
academics,gatherings.any where.

I feel happy and I am grateful to Allah that He made me choose obeying Him over obeying my desires..
Mercy from Allah, only He can Help and make you overcome the hesitation.

Today so many things that I want to do or think of doing, being a Hijabi,a Muslimah gives me the confidence..that
Allah's Mercy is on me and I have nothing to fear.

The feeling is beautiful..
It may "just be a piece of cloth", but once you start wearing it with the
correct intention,you are transformed..

You feel like you've become a power ranger from being a normal human,
or spiderman from being Peter Parker.

That "piece of cloth" reminds me that I'm not a slave of my desires but a slave of the Creator,Allah.

That "piece of cloth" reminds me that I'm not just a body for display and show-off but a dignified and precious
being like a pearl in a shell.

That "piece of cloth" reminds me that I'm not a slave of men but a slave of the Lord of men.

That "piece of cloth" reminds me that I am not to get carried away by anything
and everything..

It reminds me that I have a soul, that I will be held accountable..rewarded tenfold or more for every good and
punished one-fold for every evil.

It reminds me that I have a purpose..a mission in life. Alhamdulillah,I'm just a human being,a slave of All-Mighty Allah and it is not within my power, control or ability to do good,to obey Allah..
It is Allah alone, who is Most Merciful ,who Helps.

I love my Hijab.
May Allah Help us to be consistent and to do it for His Sake.Aameen.
